Founder & CEO
Vanessa Bright
Vanessa Bright is a mom, educator, leader, author, and entrepreneur. In 2019, she founded Maryland Reentry Resource Center to empower formerly incarcerated individuals. She aims to uphold human dignity and remove barriers to success. Vanessa holds multiple degrees and is a Licensed Master Social Worker.

Diane Butler
Ms. Butler spent 36 years as an attorney managing environmental and toxic tort insurance claim settlements. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a Juris Doctor. An active community member, she enjoys sailing, pickleball, tennis, and traveling with her husband, John.

Devin Landry
Devin holds an associates degree in environmental science. Joining after his term as a Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps member, Devin has been working to train crews, manage projects, and design and implement conservation landscapes on both large and small scale properties.
